When you register and are provided with user identification codes or passwords, you must keep such codes and passwords confidential and must not disclose them to any third party.

You agree to use the website in a manner that complies with all applicable laws and regulations and that does not infringe the rights of anyone else, nor restrict or inhibit their use and enjoyment of the website.

In particular, you agree not to:

• upload or post any content on the website (or use the website to transmit any communication) which is illegal, obscene, defamatory, threatening, infringing of intellectual property rights, invasive of privacy or otherwise objectionable.

Cancellations and refunds

If you withdraw in the first 60 days of your programme, a refund will be made to the person who paid the invoice:

• Within 30 days of invoice: 100%, less $50 administrative fee and cost of resources (if applicable).

• Between 31 and 60 days from invoice: 50%, less $50 administrative fee and cost of resources (if applicable)

• Over 60 days from date of invoice: no refund

For workplace assessors enrolling in 4098

By applying an organisational access code during enrolment you are confirming that you have your employers permission to participate and they have agreed to meet the cost of the course fee when invoiced by Primary ITO.
